Terms & Conditions

By booking a surf lesson with Freya Surf School, you agree to the following terms:

Bookings
All bookings are made through our website, through GetYourGuide-app or in person. A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.

Payment
Payment is made on-site before the lesson begins. We currently accept cash (Moroccan Dirham or Euros). Please bring the exact amount if possible.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. You may cancel or reschedule your lesson free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made later than this may be charged in full.

No-shows
If you do not show up for your lesson without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge the full amount.

Weather & Ocean Conditions
Surfing depends on natural conditions. If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, we may reschedule your lesson or offer an alternative solution.

Health & Safety
By participating, you confirm that:

You are able to swim

You are in suitable physical condition

You will follow the instructor’s guidance at all times

Liability
Surfing involves inherent risks. By joining a lesson, you accept these risks. Freya Surf School is not liable for injuries or accidents except in cases of proven negligence.

Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to bookings if necessary. We will always communicate this clearly.

Twin Surf Lesson

- Two participants share one instructor, perfect for friends or couples.

- Each participant receives personalized guidance.

- Both participants must be registered for the lesson.

Private Surf Lesson

- One-on-one lesson, fully tailored to the individual.

- Ideal for beginners or intermediate surfers seeking personal guidance.

Group Surf Lesson

- Small group lessons (3–6 participants) suitable for beginners and intermediates.

- Learn in a fun, social setting while receiving guidance from the instructor.

Additional Notes

- Swedish fika is included after every lesson – our way of making the experience relaxed and enjoyable.

- Prices are final; no hidden fees. If applicable, lessons are tax exempt in accordance with local regulations.

- Any changes to bookings will always be communicated clearly.

Safety Policy

At Freya Surf School, safety always comes first.

We combine a relaxed atmosphere with professional standards to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Qualified Instructors
All lessons are led by experienced and ISA-certified instructors who provide clear guidance both on land and in the water.

Small Groups
We keep group sizes small to ensure individual attention and better safety.

Ocean Awareness
We carefully assess weather and ocean conditions before each lesson. If conditions are not suitable, lessons may be rescheduled.

Equipment
All equipment is checked regularly to ensure it is safe and suitable for use.

Participant Responsibility
We ask all participants to:

Follow instructor guidance at all times

Inform us of any injuries or medical conditions

Respect safety instructions in and out of the water

Swimming Ability
Participants must be able to swim.

Refund Policy

As payment is made on-site, refunds are generally not applicable after a lesson has taken place.

Before the Lesson
If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance, no charges will apply.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations can occur. In such cases, we aim to be fair and will handle requests on a case-by-case basis.

Weather Conditions
If a lesson is cancelled due to unsafe conditions, we will offer:

Checkout & Payment Policy

At Freya Surf School, we aim to keep things simple, transparent, and stress-free.

Payment

Pricing
All prices are final. No additional fees will be added.
If applicable, prices are tax exempt in accordance with local regulations.

What’s included
All surf lessons include the necessary equipment (surfboard and wetsuit), pick up before and after the surf lesson, as well as instruction from our team and Swedish fika afterwards.

Cancellations & changes
We understand that plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking.
(Notify us at least 24 hours before the lesson to reschedule /cancel without charge. 24h)

We might talk about business strategies one moment and life’s challenges or improving your surfing skills the next.
